Established in 1981, Youth Dynamics is a private, nonprofit behavioral health agency that provides behavioral health care services for children up to age 21 and families. It offers a range of youth support services, including the Therapeutic Family Care, Therapeutic Group Home Program, Shelter Care Program, Group Home Program and Day Treatment Program. Additionally, the organization provides several family support services, such as the Intensive Case Management Program, Family Support Team Program, Family-Based Services Program, Outpatient Therapy Program, Family Support Assistant Program and Therapeutic Respite Care Program. It also offers treatment for mental illness, development of community support, foster care, education on emotional disturbances, monitoring, crisis intervention, counseling and rehabilitative services. The organization has a staff of more than 250 full-time and casual employees. Youth Dynamics maintains one of its offices in Great Falls, Mont.
