I would never recommend this car place to fix your vehicle. No communication while they replaced my engine. Told me on 4 occasions that my car was going to be ready and it wasn't. I had to keep calling to get updates since they never called me regarding status. Everytime i called the person answering phone kept saying "we're doing the best we can' over and over but never saying what they were doing outside telling me twice four days apart they just dropped engine but that was all they said. They were told to swap parts over onto new engine since they were brand new. Instead they ordered new parts without consulting us and charged us an additional $400 for them. The mechanic was extremely rude to me calling me sweetie and treating me like I was a dumb customer that didn't know anything about cars. After charging us double what they originally quoted we pick up vehicle to then find we needed an alignment which was never discussed. I was not going to let them keep even one more minute so will go elsewhere to get needed alignment. Just 2 days before picking up my car, company owner quoted $1750.00 for all which at that time was $750.00 more than first quote. Picked up car today and bill was raised to over $1920.00. Not trusted to keep their word and took almost a month just to swap out motor after stating it would be ready in a week. A total joke..

great shop!!! Spoke with a few different employees all of which were very friendly and very knowledgeable got my car in on short notice and they gave me a ride to the coffee shop up the street while they inspected it. Found that my car had a bad ignition coil. I will be going back to these guys!!

Best import shop In town rebuilt my transmission and pull my codes for nothing to tell me what the problem could be have me a ride home and picked me up to get my car great shop would recommend to anyone

I would never bring another BMW there. The folks there could not even detect a bad battery. They told me the electronic transmission has a problem. Shipped the car all the way to Camp BMW for a bad battery.
