I made an appointment in advance with this shop to have my muffler replaced, and told them the make and model of my car, yet somehow it wasn't until my car was actually in the shop that they realized that they did not have a muffler in stock that would fit my car. This was a significant waste of my time and gas as I live a ways outside of great falls, and they did not seem at all bothered by their mistake.

People tend to only report when they have problems with a business, but I am a regular at Midas and will continue taking my vehicles there. Mark, the manager is a very nice guy and will do his best to keep your car in top shape. I am familiar with all of the mechanics there and know who does what best. Although some problems can be difficult to locate by even the most experienced mechanic, they are committed and will do all they can to ensure a problem is fixed properly. I strongly recommend Midas to my friends and family!

My mothers car has been in the shop three times in the last month to have her air conditioner told her it was the Relay switch.They told her to save her money they just fixed her old one,they said if it went again it would have to be replaced.she barely got home and it blew again she took it back in,they said they replaced the old one with a new one,she didn't even get out of the parking lot before it went again.They said they fixed but but it doesn't seem like it,She took it back early this week and they said they didn't know what it was.She was told by a friend that knows alot about cars that it was her cooling fan Midas repeatedly said no it wasn't the fan.They haven't even tested the fan.They called us today 7-7-06 and said they still couldn't locate the problem and were going to take the car apart piece by piece.They pulled off the door paneling today,She asked what does it have to do with the airconditioning.This store doesn't know what they are doing and chargingforit
