Received a summons almost 6 weeks after a payment arrangement was accepted and after I have already paid 2 of the 12 payments.

Dirk Larsen is deceitful & unethical. When dealing with them, be sure to cover yourself VERY CAREFULLY. If you mail anything, be sure and make detailed copies of your answer and any attachments AND MAKE THEM SIGN FOR IT. They are not honest.

Dirk Larsen - very underhanded and deceitful. Would NEVER recommend this law firm unless of course you want underhanded and deceitful. Then go for it.

All they do is take your money, and then add another surcharge on top of taking your money simply because they take your money... And then they send you threats in the mail on top of that claiming they can steal some of your stuff.
