The customer satisfaction was A+. They were courteous and friendly. They came in performed the task and were gone, unlike most of the contractors who seem to be around for months. I did not the placement of one down spout. They were back on site within two days to correct the issue ( which was only aesthetics and our personal preference at no additional charge to us.
