At Foundation Health URGENT CARE, we understand that it can be challenging to get same-day appointments. That’s why our dedicated team is here for you and your family’s urgent care needs. We are a private and independently owned health care center with over 12 years of experience. We stay open later than other urgent cares to accommodate busy or flexible schedules. With x-ray services on-site, we can diagnose a broad range of illnesses and help identify the best treatment plan right away. If you don’t get better after visiting our facilities, you can come back anytime rather than having to schedule an appointment with your primary physic
