      Ordered an item online and they sent through UPS. At 4:52pm I looked up the status of the item and it was back in Gray with the notice that the address was wrong. They had just delivered a package to the SAME address 8 day before so what is the problem? Seems UPS is starting to not care about service. Can't get any info for contacting the Gray center, only able to contact the main office and they don't speak English so hard to get the information across.

      Never using ups again. It's been multiple days now and they keep saying unable to deliver. I've never had a problem with fedex

      Awful. I sent a package to an address serviced by this center and indicated no signature required. They refused to deliver it to my customer without a signature but didn't mind collecting the $61 I pad for the delivery. It was sent back to me. This center should be shut down for failure to follow the shipper's instructions.
