I needed to have a termite inspection done for a home refinance. While both of the the other local termite inspection companies in my area had a two to three week wait for an appointment, Mike was able to come out in less than a week from my call. He was not only punctual but actually a bit early for the appointment time. It was going to be a hot day and the earlier the better. He was very friendly and professional. He was thorough in his inspection, and told me what he was looking for during each part, and even offering advice on how to prevent dry rot or termite infestations in the future. Very fairly priced and I received my report in less than 24 hours after the inspection. Highly recommend and I would call him again if I have termite or pest issues!
