Pam is a business women and holds true to her contract. If you don't follow it then she can't help you plan and simple. It dies state right in the contract NO modifications or cancelations are valid unless in writting. That means by who holds the contract. Not by a sibling or parent. By the sound of it this son or yours did not take care of something he should have before he left.? Pam is very understanding about payments and wants to make it work for everyone. She is NOT A LIAR THIEF OR ANY of those things that person said. She has a business and a contract to up hold. If you follow the contract you won't have problems

Beware of this gym! My son went to Honduras in January and requested through his brother that his membership be put on hold for three months. His brother was told by a staff member to give his signature and that they would take care of it, but they continued to charge his ATM card anyway. My son has since decided to remain in Honduras another year, so I, his father, went there and asked her to put his membership on hold until he returns. She replied that she couldn't do that without my son's coming in and giving his signature. I asked her - did she expect my son to fly back from Honduras just to sign a piece of paper? I told her I would sign her piece of paper but she told me - astoundingly - that, no, he had to be the one. She has every intention of continuing to extort money from my son's bank account, so now we are forced to close it. She has now lost a valuable customer! This woman is very dishonest! Be forewarned!!

I love working out at Pam's Fitness First. It has been renovated and now has HD TV's on the walls. Lot's of really nice people. Not a meat market. Come check it out for yourself! Robbi
