Established in 1984, Neighborhood Center of the Arts is a public benefit organization that provides various growth opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities through the arts and community integration. It offers cards, T-Shirts, mugs, magnets, paintings and artworks. The organization hosts various exhibitions and events of its artworks. Neighborhood Center of the Arts is funded by the United Way, state of California, Alta California Regional Center and community. It maintains a staff of executives and administrators, as well as instructors who specializes in weaving, woodwork, computers, media, and performance and visual arts. Neighborhood Center of the Arts is located in Grass Valley, Calif.
