Specializing in strength and conditioning, weight loss, improved quality of life for elderly, pre/post natal, injury or pain rehab, high-school or college athletes, Olympic lifting, flexibility, and dynamic, fun workouts with results for all ability levels and goals. Safety is my number one priority, followed by helping you reach your goals and get results - all while improving your health, fitness, and happiness. I have years of experience coaching individuals and groups, with clients showing consistent fat loss and improved strength and conditioning, along with the empowerment that comes along with progress in completing my accessible and varied, fun yet challenging programs designed specifically for you.
