Although the business has grown dramatically from Chris' humble beginnings by the airport, they deliver the same, high quality service! I was hit by someone who took full responsibility, and planned to pay cash for the repairs...somewhat unusual compared to the usual insurance process. Everyone from Casey to Jill and the others with whom I interacted were friendly, helpful, cheerful, and...above all...professional. The car looks like new!

Honestly one of the best shops I have ever dealt with. I wold not recommend anyone else but them. They are super professional and very nice. I will only take my car to them.

Just picked up my car from Chris'... this is my second repair in 6 months. Once again, their repair work was awesome and finished when promised. Hopefully I don't need collision repair services anytime soon, but if I do, Chris' will my place!

I was so pleased with my experience at this shop! The quality of their work was outstanding (Trust me, I am picky!) Their staff was knowledgeable, helpfull, and professional. My car was ready when promised and detailed when I arrived (that was unexpected!) Although I am hoping I don't need their services again, if I do...there will be no need to visit any other shop in town! Hands down, the best Grass Valley has to offer!

Work was delivered as promised, but thats about all I can say good for it. Started sanding touch ups on WRONG door. Didn't correct what they did. Have air leak around door they did fix. Have lots of over spray on the front door, (4 Door truck.) Then they did a detail on out side, looked ok but wax on the black plastic trim sucked to get back off. The when the wax wore off, We have buffer swirls all over the place, about 6 inches apart in rows.. Looks like #$*!, since it won't let me say what I really think.. I know they have a guarantee, but they also knew we were leaving CA for good just a few days later.. So what good does the guarantee do me now.. If I was still there I would be putting it up the back side and demanding it got fixed. So don't fill out the survey until you "really" look at what they did. I don't recommend them. Don't be fooled by all the smiles. I could get it fixed here for the cost it would be to take it back to them. Disgruntled. And ripped off.
