have been coming to the Sona in Grapevine for nearly 11 years and I am always pleased with the service, staff and prices.

Treatment in progress again on 11/14/2013. Visit 2 of 6 I have on seen a slight improvement but the initial visit would unlikely show a major difference. As far as the staff, they are wonderful, very professional and courteous. Very pleased and would recommend.

Going to Sona and getting hair removal on my legs, arm pits and bikini area is the best thing I have ever done for myself! It was definitely money well spent! I just wish I had done it in my 20's! I highly recommend getting the procedure done at Sona because the staff is awesome! They make you feel very comfortable even in the most awkward procedures.

The staff is curtious and friendly. The person that works with me is phenominal! She is very good at what she does BUT the key to her success is that she actually remembers who I am, things about my life - milestones, my kids, my recent marriage - and she always has something positive to say - that is what makes the experience - when painful - tolerable!

I LOVE Natasha. She is excellent at what she does. She takes the time to listen and understand what you want. She takes time to prepare with icing in order to minimize bruising. She helps you get the most for your money. She is friendly, caring and excellent.

So far I've been twice, one being the consultation and the other was my first treatment for hair removal. It was a very pleasant experience with very nice staff that made you feel very comfortable. I look forward to my next visit.
