I have been to this salon twice since I moved to Grapevine. The prices are good and I really like the service. What I don't like is, their gel nail products. While it looks great when it's all said and done; it is already chipping from my nails 3-4 days later. Other salons I go to; they last 3-4 weeks. The brand seems to be the same as the other salons; but both times I have had gel nails done, this has happened.

I go to this salon because it's clean, my nails are done fast, and they all work hard without overselling. Sylvia has had my business for years. I've never had any issues with my nails lifting or breaking and I receive compliments weekly on her work. They are also diligent about updating the salon and trying new techniques. -Tracey

I am SO glad I found Maui Nails!!!! They are fun, personable, and considerate. You will not receive a service that you do not need or is not practical; you WILL NOT be subject to them trying to make money regardless if you need the service or not. The massage chairs are phenomenal. There was nothing I did not like about Maui Salon & Spa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been going to Sylvia since she was at another salon. (Over 10 years) This move was the best thing that could happen for her clients. She is a dedicated and hard working individual. I would not think about going to another salon other than Maui Nails. If you want someone to do your nails right, then choose Maui Nails.

Now I am registered and wanted to repost my review. I was telling Stacy about how much I love getting my nails done there. I searched for so long for a good salon and finally found Maui through a recommendation. I just love it. Stacy is great. We talked for so long the other day about our lives & everything. She speaks PERFECT english. She made my nails look fabulous! My toenails look amazing thanks to Sylvia. It is a small place, but they try really hard to make you feel welcome. I honestly prefer to go here for now on.

Hi! I've been a customer of Sylvia's for over a decade. I'd follow her anywhere -- and I have! Never once have I had an infection. The salon is clean. The service is wonderful -- the atmosphere fun! There is a reason why they keep busy -- cause they're the best! I, for one, enjoy the laid back, friendly atmosphere! 'shell

Dirty salon, does not sanitize tools. Beware and be warned of high risk of infections due to multiple use of tools that are dirty. Entire family works at the shop and SOME do not have license. Rude owner that talks bad about everyone and rude to the staff. Owner favorite word ...."cheap" and does not understand "quality" or "clean" There are much better places to spend your hard earned money that does not put you at risk of infection or communicable disease..

Been going to Sylvia for years and cannot believe some people have to make such an jerk out of themselves when they are not holding an appointment. It's about respect. I consider this a real break from work and always leave with a smile. The work is excellent, fairly priced and service given with every consideration to your wishes. I have referred at least five people to Sylvia and all have become regulars. Keep you bad attitudes in another salon. We have no time for you spoiling a pleasant experience for us!

Sylvia, the manager, has been doing my nails for 8 years and does an excellent job. They are very friendly and courteous. Some people come in with no appointment and near closing time and expect to be taken care of immediately. If you treat people courteously you will be treated the same way. If you expect to be treated like royalty be courteous and make an appointment.---Metty

Excellent work and service. Super clean salon. The nail techs actually speaks to you unlike other salons that we've been to in the past...we will come back.

If you look forwared to well earned pampering, don't go here. Unfortunately, this uncomplimentary behavior was displayed by the business owner. I WAS a regular customer, too."---Sissy---I'm a regular customer for many years and I DON'T agree with the above comments. I think they provide excellent service and work. The spas are super clean. They disinfect prior to and after each and everyone of their customers. I always leave with a smile on my face. Very SATISFIED! Good job Maui Nails keep up the good work!!!Sissy,Thank GOD! You're not their regular customer anymore because people like you just want a free service from wonderful hard working people. You must have really funky toe nails for them to use "Power Tools" on you. I hope they double disinfect the spas after your pedicures. We sure hate to catch any diseases.

Would not go back. Service not good. Very cheap prices with cheap quality. Does not sterlize tools after customer use instead uses tools several times.

Very nice clean shop with excellent work.
