I love this shop... The flowers are always fresh and last at least a week. The people there are very friendly and make arrangements that are even better than what I had pictured. They went above and beyond all expectations in getting funeral flowers delivered for my mother-in-law's service. I've always used City Florist and would highly recommend them to anyone.

IS THERE ANYTHING LESS THAN A 1-STAR RATING? My husband ordered flowers thru Teleflora, who for whatever reason decided to use Darla's Florist. What he ordered was a dozen red roses in a beautiful red vase with a heart chain pendant on it but what we got was a pitifully plain old red vase with a dozen red roses haphazardly thrown into it. When they arrived, I was sooo disappointed because I felt that my husband had just chosen some cheap second rate florist at the last minute. When he arrived later and saw this he was ANGRY; so angry that he immediately called them and told them that this was not what he ordered. They offered no replacement and went on to tell him that HE WASN'T EVEN THEIR CUSTOMER! They told him that they had the right to substitue and if he had a problem with ther order he needed to contact Teleflora. We will NEVER use them again and we will tell everyone we know about this.

I utilized Grapevine City Florist for my wedding and could not have been more pleased with the entire process! Maggie (the owner) personally handled all the details and spent hours with me picking out every single item that I wanted for the wedding and reception, and the prices were fantastic and unbeatable in town. On the actual day they were the first vendor to arrive and had everything set up with plenty of time to spare. Every arrangement was perfect, but my bouquet in particular was the most gorgeous set of roses I had ever seen! I would highly recommend this florist for weddings or otherwise!!!
