I have been disappointed with every Italian food restaurant since I have eaten here. By far the best and worth trying. If you love Chicken veal, pasta ore fish , then you will love this place.

I've been living in Grapevine for 10 years and the one thing I can never eat enough of is café Italia's chicken Jerusalem is always fresh and there sauce to die for I highly recommend this place

Ohhh Cafe Italia how I've missed you. One of our FAVE places in Texas. The Italian food is great. Especially the Vodka sauce. I get it everytime w/ Penne and grilled Chicken. The before meal Salad and Bread is delish as well. Make sure to get the Stuffed Mushroom aps, and the calamari, and the... oh just come as often as possible and get it all! The waiters are wonderful! Easy on the eyes and ears! Love listening to them tell me the specials. Can you repeat that please? This place is BYOB, and they don't judge. So if there are only 2 of you, and you bring 2 bottles of wine, it's totally fine.

First-time at cafe italia wee lovett. The food service was excellent the atmosphere was beautiful. I hade chicken special to die for,my husband hade file mignon special. They both were out of this world.we'll be back

Upon entering the doors of Cafe Italia Grapevine, I was instantly transported to Italy. The authentic savoury food, the outstanding waitstaff and the charismatic atmosphere contributed to an outstanding universery celebration. If you have never dined in this trendy establishment, you haven't lived. LONG LIVE CAFE ITALIA!! WE LOVE YOU GUYS!

Wondeful food, great service and a nice atmosphere. Try the lobster ravioli in vodka sauce. It's to die for. All the chicken dishes are very good. I especially like the chicken parmesan and chicken marsala. Their bread is fresh and crusty on the outside, but soft on the inside. Go for the homeade house dressing on your salad. Just about everything comes with a side of pasta with marinara sauce. Enjoy!

It's not a fancy building on the outside, but there are white table cloths on the tables inside. The food is delicious and very reasonably priced. Bring your own bottle of wine as it is not offered on the menu. So good I take both out-of-town guests and business associates.
