I went for an appointment here and the front office elderly lady was so rude. I was 10 minutes late(sharp on time for the appointment,10 minutes late for paper work) & this lady cancelled our appointment.She told the doctor cancelled the appointment.(but I am pretty sure the doctor even didn't know that we were there). The way she spoke to us was horrible.(We were shocked) She would have had to go home early or would have had an appointment. We have been to other Baylor Scott & White locations but we have never experience a situation like this. The staff and doctors were all great and nice. We just walked out without a word since we didn't want to make the place unpleasant.
