SHAI Commercial Ltd was established in March of 2003 by J. Park Shai III. After working for a prominent real estate firm for seven years, Park obtained his Ohio brokers license and shortly thereafter started SHAI Commercial. The company focuses on office, retail, investment and real estate development in the central Ohio area. We also offer consulting and management services when needed by clients. Our team allows us to provide one on one personal service to each of our clients. SHAI Commercial prides itself on extensive local knowledge to provide a high level of professionalism when real estate needs arise in our area. You will see very limited advertising on our part. SHAI Commercial was built on our reputation and word of mouth. We continue to upgrade with technology to keep up with the ever changing needs in the real estate market.
