DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! I have used this business for many years to purchase home heating fuel. I called on Feb. 13th to inquire about purchasing fuel. Then on Sat. the 14th I discovered how low my tanks were. With this extremely cold weather I was concerned. I called back on Mon. the 16th and explained to a gentleman how low the tanks were and that I would be off today so could they bring me fuel. He couldn't say at what time. So I waited at home for their arrival. Around lunch time I called to check on the fuel because I had a 1:00 appointment in Cumberland. No one answered so I left a voice mail. NO ONE returned my call. I cancelled my appointment and waited. Around 3:45 I called back to inquire how late the men would be delivering fuel today. A extremely nasty lady informed me that "YOU AREN'T GETTING FUEL!" I was upset and frustrated so I hung up. Luckily, I was able to find another distributor that would willingly deliver my fuel. What kind of business employees such a rude, nasty person? She must be sleeping with the boss or she would have been fired long ago!
