My husband bought a surprise trip for me to go to LA to visit our son. I have not been on an airplane in over 25 years so I had questions. Her answers were vague and patronizing. Someone outside the agency mentioned confirming and pre-printing a boarding pass, as opposed to her answer "Oh, I'm sure you're confirmed". Not! My seats were not as promised either. She wasn't 100% sure which airport I was flying in to! That I had to do by contacting the airline. Getting confirmed and getting a boarding pass for the trip home was a nightmare. My son had to go through the airline itself to sort out and finish the paperwork to get me home. She had screwed up various numbers on that leg. Very stress-provoking experience. Would I reccomend this 'service'? Only to someone I wanted to lose.

My Husband and I had to fly our 21 month old daughter to Houston for surgery & we decided to use Redwood Travel! Big Mistake!!! They did not call when they said they would. They gave us false information about seating and the airline. They promised they would sit us all together and did not fulfill that promise. My Husband had to call the airline himself and deal with everything to fix Redwood Travel's mistakes. When the quality of their service was questioned & our dissatisfaction brought up to the owner, she was unapologetic, rude and just uncaring. Will NEVER use them again. Would def. NOT recommend them to anyone.
