the pet store smelled a bit but the grooming area was nice. i love the we can watch them grooming out dog from inside the pet store. the groomers are very friendly and helpful with all my questions. they did a great job grooming our dogs and i would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to have their animal groomed..dont let the pet store reviews stop you from trying the groomers out im glade i didnt.

I have been to purrfect pet quite a few times and have never really been all that impressed with their service or their knowledge of the pets they have in stock. Most recently my son and I were looking to purchase a cockatiel. They had several to choose from. They were not able to tell me if the birds came from a local breeder, how old they were or the sex of each bird. When we purchased our bird from there, I took him to the vet and found out he was very dehydrated and about to die. This is no way to run a pet store. All staff should be knowledgable of the animals, and the animals should be in a clean environment and be healthy. I was able to save this bird, wish I could save them all, but that is impossible. When my vet asked where I purchased the bird from and I answered her, she even was dismayed at the condition.
