This has got to be the worst company for customer service I have ever come across. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM to anyone. If you call them for the smallest thing (for which they are paid for, by the way and constitutes part of the fiduciary responsibility) you can expect to be rudely told they can't/wont/don't do it. If you pay off half your mortgage in one lump sum, for example, as I did, they will NOT notify you in any way. If you call to ask if they can send you some documentation showing this payment, you will be called pushy and they won't go out of their way at all to help you. In all the years of buying & selling homes, I have never known a less professional and more inadequate business practice ever. Please save yourself and use another company, it's not worth the head ache.
