This is by far my favorite BBQ restaurant. The prices are very reasonable and the BBQ tastes great. The restaurant is very clean, which is not common at all in Caldwell County. The BBQ is not too moist, like at Hannah's, and I can feed 4 people for under $15.00, unlike Sim's BBQ. The BBQ has a great smoky taste, and, while sauce is not necessary because of this, the sauce alone is good enough to drink by itself. The only thing I don't like is the limited hours of operation.

Didn't like it. Too dry and my order was wrong and they wouldn't fix it. Somehow it was my fault my order was wrong. I was supposed to check it before I left. I aslo ordered a BBQ chicken breast and it was dry and I dont know if it was a breast or not. I dont think it was because it had dark meat in it and it was in a lot of pieces. Not going to eat there anymore. Dont recommend it either.

Their BBQ is horrible! I would rather buy the BBQ from the grocery store. It's dry, chopped up too fine, and has too much fat in it. I also don't understand why you can't just get a BBQ chicken breast, it's all mixed up together dark & white meat & I don't like dark meat so it's a waste of my money. Also the sides selection is no good. And you better make sure you check your order before you leave. Those people packing it are not very good at reading the order (or taking the order) but at their resturant, THE CUSTOMER IS NEVER RIGHT!!!! They will not fix your order and they have a sign posted letting you know that! What has customer service come to? Needless to say, I don't eat there anymore!

The chicken and bbq is the best in Caldwell County. We have changed from our usual other bbq establishments for big parties and now ALWAYS use Hog Wild.
