We randomly picked Bob as our home inspector after looking at his website and I'm so glad we did!!! He did an absolute thorough inspection of the home we wanted to buy, told us what options we had about items that needed fixed and stayed late answering any questions we had. Very personable gentleman, very trustworthy, professional and kind. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone. His rates were great as well! He also was able to inspect the house within a day of calling him; great service! We cannot say enough about Bob (Robert) Boyd.
