      I hired Aardvark to clean the ducts in a new house I had just purchesed, and paid an additional fee to have the furnace cleaned as well. Three months after the job while working on the furnace humidifier I found the insides of the furnace walls still covered in thick dust. I sent in pictures of the still very dirt ducts to the company saying I wanted a refund. Two weeks later they called me and said they would send me a check for the full amount. Weeks latter the check had not arrived. After a month and a half of constant calling I finally received a check for half the amount of the service.
