I brought my 80' Wheel Horse in for service assuming I was going to be without the mower while they get parts if they were even still available. They had OEM parts on the shelf. Fixed my mower next day!

I came in looking for a pole saw then realized it wouldn't fit in my car. They offered to follow me home right then with it and I live 25 min away. These guys go above and beyond to help out

I ordered a mower part on June 15, have not recieved as yet. Repeated attempts to contact business unsuccessful, canceled order, hopeing for refund. Company does not answer their phone or answer e-mails. I will get parts from another company from now on.

I have been waiting since May 25th for my parts, 2 months. repeated attempts to cancel my order and get a refund have been ignored. Claims supplier problem, but posts nothing on website for other customers. Brian no longer answers my emails.Appears to be a rip off. Sending certified mail and notifying BBB next. Bob Ruks
