I purchased 2 pairs of eyeglasses from this location. I had problems with both pairs. On one pair the lenses chipped along the top. They are quite large chips that made the lenses unusable. This pair of glasses was never dropped or mishandled in any way. The second pair is black plastic with larger rectangular lenses. After going back several times to have the fit readjusted I was told there was nothing they could do because of the weight of the frames. They did not offer a credit so I could get a different pair of glasses. A few months later I was cleaning the lenses and found the left lense bowed out at the top. The top of the lense didn't come close to fitting in the top groove of the frame! I had moved away from the store that I purchased this pair of glasses. I took them to a local optical store with a very good reputation to see if they could fix them. I was told the lense was cut and formed incorrectly and could not be fixed. I would not recommend W Optical to anyone!

Unprofessional- the doctor argued with me during the exam about the lenses I prefer and what she wanted to sell me.
