Very bad try to sale my daughter a car very over price car had no factory warranty but had little mile on it when I ask him he didn't want to talk about it lying the whole time never go there that need to be look at by channel 8 news
Horrible customer and unprofessional - do not go here! I was treated unprofessional and was lied to by several sales representatives on multiple occasions. The only two sales representatives that are trustworthy are Dennis and Gary. I called multiple times in regard to a potential deal and was told that someone would get back with me and I never received a returned phone call. One particular time I called I was sworn at by Lee because he said that, "He didn't have time for this bull ****". Worst experience I have ever had dealing with a car dealership. I would never recommend this dealer and I would advise anyone in the used car market not to go here! These employees at this dealership definitely need to take some classes on customer service.
I had an excellent experience at Motor Mall of Grand Rapids! Gary Andrews was awesome! He showed me all of my options of what vehicles I was interested in. Let me take the vehicles for a test drive. He was very nice and friendly and was good to my kids! Not to mention he got me approved with a good monthly rate and it didnt take long at all!
I will never go anywhere else for a new used vehicle. :)

Very rude ! Sold me a piece of crap dodge charger for way over priced and found out it was a stolen car from some random state and recovered ! Later called him out on it and Dennis threatend to sue me and call the cops. WASTE OF TIME! They belong in jail! Theifs!
I was half asleep when I went so I wasent too picky but I have o major complaints I'm happy with my purchase they weren't pushy or unprofessional with me I'd go back but I'm also rebuilding my credit so my options are limited
I purchased a car here and the staff was freindly and were not pushy at all! The other postings must have had some sort of issues but we had no problems vehicle is great and staff was very professional! Id go back in the future and will be sending freinds there if there looking for a new vehicle! Also it is a used dealership if you want new or expect perfect go to a new dealership that's just common sence! If you are looking talk to jonathan!
Please do yourself a favor and get a bicycle. These people are rude and obnoxious. I qualified...NO problem there, but they had me drive 60 miles one way to look at a vehicle that wasn't available!! And, it took them 20 minutes to figure out it was no longer there (if it ever was). Then they attempted to have me look at another that I had told them numerous times I was NOT interested in. If you are a single female with little or no experience in dealing with unscupulous businesses, PLEASE do NOT go here.
This place is fine if you have terrible credit (which I do because of massive amounts of student loans; my D/I ratio is terrible), but you have to be careful!
Make sure you're reading the fine print, and don't let them talk you into anything you don't want!
They automatically sign you up for the extended warranty, so if you don't want it, make it known throughout the process, and be prepared to walk away if they won't take it off...no matter what they say, you DO NOT have to take it.
If you tell them you don't have any money down, they'll try to get you to sign a promissary note for a down payment at a later date. I did not sign mine.
Get everything you need for your vehicle before you leave the lot. I was assured I would receive a 2nd key, and I still haven't.
I also called because my temporary license plate expired and they basically told me I was S.O.L, and that I had to wait on the state to send it. I spoke with their secretary and someone named Dennis (I think he might be the business manager) and he was very rude to me. I asked him when the information had been sent to the state because I doubted they would give you a two-week window if it wasn't enough time to process the paper work, and he refused to give me the date and said I was jumping to conclusions. He said they "might" have it by the end of the business day, other wise there was nothing he could do. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau if this becomes an ongoing problem.
Overall, I give them 3 stars because they were able to get me financing. However, they have terrible follow-up customer service (and poor customer service in general), and their facility is a little scary to say the least (it's really small so if anyone blows up the bathroom you will smell it, and kind of seedy and dirty).
If I had a friend that asked me about their service I would say, "If you can get financed through anywhere else, don't go to this place."
ME and my fiance went to get a vehicle here and they gave of a Kia Sorento. At least that is what we qualified for. We signed all the papers and drove off thinking we got a good deal and the payments where great. A week and a half later they called us saying that we need to come in right away. Aparently after I signed the papers with the bank and the dealer, the deal had not gone through misteriously. Then they eneded up saying that I didn't make enough so I couldn't qualify for any vehicle they had. The car salesman had to drive me home that day with my 2 year old in the car. How embaressing and how rude. I was furious. I called the guy the next day and everyone gave me the run around and I couldn't get to anyone I needed to speak to. DO NOT GO HERE. And if you do please don't deal with a car salesman named Dennis. What a Shieter.
