Thresholds is a nonprofit social service agency that serves adults and children with developmental disabilities. It provides access and life consultation, family support and adult housing services. The organization serves the disabled through various mental health service programs, including support coordination, community support teams and Linking Individuals In Neighborhoods and Community Services. It also offers family support subsidy, intensive treatment team, and respite and foster care services. In addition, Thresholds provides group homes, semi-independent apartments and an independent living program. It provides nursing and nutritional services, and organizes a variety of social and recreational activities. It is located in Grand Rapids, Mich.
