St. Ann s Home is a more than 300-bed, skilled nursing facility providing 24-hour on-site care, assisted living, nursing care and Alzheimer s disease treatment to the residents of west Michigan. Founded in 1951, it is owned and operated by the Carmelite Sisters of the Divine Heart of Jesus. It has licensed nurses that provide skilled nursing and compassion services to seniors. It has private rooms, and indoor and outdoor community spaces. Its assisted living facility, Mary s Haven provides a wide range of services including exercise classes, and offers amenities, such as salon and barbershop, transportation services and a library. Its nursing care facility provides physicians, licensed practical nurses and nursing aides, and it also offers dietary services. The home s nursing care facility, Joachim's Place has more than 40 beds. Its Elizabeth's Place center has more than nine beds, with a capacity of over 50 residents.
