i have had very good service and repair work done at quality, been going there since 1992,they stand behind repairs,and can find any part for most equipment.and they do not quote turnaround time, too many variables,part orders, backorders,people in line before you.if you let something sit all summer and go to start it in the winter, the gas is bad, duh??

quality small engine repair does not promise return time, there are far too many variables involved for a shop to quote exact turnaround time, like ordered parts, backorders.educated people with common sense all know this. if you want great products and expert repairs and great prices, i would bring all of my equipment to chad at quality small engine repair
