      WE PURCHASED A COLEMAN SPA FROM QUALITY POOL AND SPA IN 2002. WE ONLY HAVE REQUIRED OCCASIONAL MAINTENANCE ON OUR SPA, BUT WHEN WE HAVE, QUALITY POOL & SPA HAVE RESPONDED QUICKLY AND ECONOMICALLY. OUR SPA CONTINUES TO LOOK AND OPERATE LIKE NEW!

      On Wednesday when I went out to get in my hot tub in the morning the temperature was at 53 degrees. After calling around to several spa stores Quality Pool was the only place that would come out that day and see if they could fix my spa. The guy showed up at my house at about 5:15pm and had the spa heating again by 6:00. If my spa would have set overnight in the cold who knows what might have happened....Thank You Quality Pool

      I WOULD JUST LIKE TO SAY THAT THE YOUNG MAN THAT HELPED ME WITH MY WATER PROBLEM WAS KNOWLEDGABLE, FRIENDLY, AND DIDNT TRY SELLING ME CHEMICALS THAT I DID NOT NEED. I WALKED OUT OF THERE STORE AND SPENT $30.00 LESS THAN WHAT I USUALLY SPEND AT THE POOL STORE BY MY HOUSE, AND MY POOL FINALLY CLEARED UP ENOUGH TO WHERE I ACTUALLY WANTED TO SWIM. I WOULD DEFINETLY RECOMEND QUALITY POOL AND SPA TO ANYONE WANTING TO SAVE MONEY AND BE TREATED FAIRLY.
