I went to four different stores to shop around for a mattress. Doug, the sales person was professional, kind, and VERY knowledgeable and helpful. There was absolutely no pressure to buy or to buy any specific bed. If you want AMAZING service with no pressure check out this place. When I asked Doug if I could have the bed by a specific date, Doug PROMISED that if my bed for some reason didn't make it to my home, he would have another comparable loaner mattress there on the day that I needed it. WHAT AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Two days before the delivery Doug called me and reassured me that my bed was going to be at my home when he had promised. The delivery was done on time and also in a professional manner. Two guys came in and brought he mattress upstairs for me and set it up. If you need a bed you have got to visit this place.
