Established in 1947, Jewish Federation of Grand Rapids serves the emerging needs of the State of Israel. Based in Grand Rapids, Mich., the organization strengthens and unifies the Jewish community and functions as an umbrella organization to provide for the cultural, social and financial needs of its community, world Jewry and the State of Israel. Jewish Federation of Grand Rapids also provides fundraising and allocation services, serving as integral parts of the federation's activities in accomplishing their needs. Additionally, Jewish Federation of Grand Rapids is a part of The Jewish Federations of North America Inc.
