Jacobson Heating and Cooling is a family owned and operated company that was established in 1932. Bob Vanderson Sr. has been with the company for almost 50 years and now owns it with his three sons, Bob Jr., Tom, and Jeff. We service the greater Grand Rapids area with residential and light commercial installations as well as providing award winning service. Priding ourselves in taking care of our customers, we have won several awards, including the BBB (Better Business Bureau) Best in Customer Service in 1993 and 1997, and Business of the Year in 1998. EXCELLENCE ALL AROUND! Jacobson Heating and Cooling installed a new energy efficient Amana ACVC 100 96% AFUE Variable speed counter flow Furnace for our home on March 23, 2017. Sales Representative, Mike Bojas, was very professional, informational and thorough in his inspection for quotation and provided us with a very good, highly competitive price. Our installers were BJ and Ross, and they were prompt as scheduled, efficient and courteous and did an excellent job installing our furnace. Thanks guys!We were extremely impressed with the Technical Team of Tony and AndrewBoth very knowledgeable with an experienced professional eye for engineering details. Jacobsons follow through was superb as well. The day after installation, the Tony and Andrew returned to see how the system was functioning, tweaked a few things and went beyond our expectations to improve our system and the whole house humidifier attached to the system. We are so pleased with Jacobsons outstanding service and price, that we HIGHLY recommend them to anyone considering a new Furnace, Air Conditioner or repair on your existing equipment!
