This method helps alleviate the pain of headaches, neck and back pain and many other dysfunctions in the body; Lymph Drainage is designed to activate and cleanse the human fluid system. It helps detoxify and regenerate tissues, filter out toxins and maintain a healthy immune system; Deep Tissue is an effective method for pain management. It is applied to trigger points to help ease chronic muscle discomfort; Myofascial Release puts more flexibility back into the connective tissue. This is especially effective in working with structural imbalance. The benefits of massage are numerous promoting a healthier life and sense of well-being. I have been doing reflexology sessions with Mary for a few months and my feet have improved quite a bit. The Myofascial Release has taken the muscle restrictions out of the fascia in my feet so they feel better, less swollen and more flexibility. Mary has also worked with me on proper footwear as this may have been a contributing factor as to how my feet are forming the bunions, swelling, and pain. I am very grateful for her knowledge and talent in reflexology.
