Greentree is enjoyed each and every day by nearly all of its residents for a number of reasons. Among them are personable employees who obviously dedicate themselves to making Greentree a classy place of which all residents can be extremely proud. Along with that is the fact that a total refurbishment of this entire dwelling (built in 1973) was completed several months ago, giving every inch a brand new look. Words fall short in describing it --- one would have to see it with his/her eyes for a true appreciation. IF any little problems should occur, beyond the ability of a resident to handle, Greentree has a full-time maintenance man on duty, Monday thru Friday. In addition, the office staff spends weekends with their families. In addition to interior duties, the maintenance man also tends to the exterior grounds, mowing and trimming in summer, and snow removal in winter. He also operates Greentree's small bus for weekly runs to banks and food stores.
