A local favorite of mine I love their food but I cant count on them!

They would not do a delivery to me and I always order from them! I live one block away! How retarded! I asked why and he just said they can't. We have ordered delivery from them at least twice a month. They are so retarded!They have done this once before...It is a weekend night too.
