Worst service I've ever had. Took an hour to get a bill and an extra thirty minutes for our server to take payment. Never stepping foot in this establishment again. Don't go if you can help it!!!!

Horrible customer service.

We were eating last night and got yelled at by a waitress and the manager didn't say anything!!!



We go to dinner tonight, and found out that we are banned! That the waitress got other waitresses to lie, and told the gm that we yell at them, and are rude every time we go there. This is a flat out lie, we were having a private conversation, and she rudely interrupted by yelling at us. The waitress was causing a scene, and the manager didn't do or say anything at all! AND SHE WASN'T EVEN OUR WAITRESS!! She was unprofessional, and I can not believe that Florentine's allows for their employees to behave in this manner.

Great pizza and wings, decent spinach dip. Ordered deep dish deluxe and was very satisfied.

They would not do a delivery to me and I always order from them! I live one block away! How retarded! I asked why and he just said they can't. We have ordered delivery from them at least twice a month. They are so retarded!They have done this once before...It is a weekend night too.
