Bata Plastics is a full-service plastic recycling facility that buys and sells surplus and rejected parts of post industrial plastics from different manufacturers and scrap dealers. It is a family-owned and operated business and operates a more than 120,000-square-foot facility. The company deals in virgin resin, pellets, steel, aluminum, paper, corrugated cardboards and Gaylord boxes. Bata Plastics maintains a fleet of more than 100 drop trailers and over 5 tractors. It is a member of the Grand Rapids Better Business Bureau, Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce and West Michigan Sustainable Business Forum. In addition, the company provides grinding, baling, pellatizing, washing and metal separation services. Bata Plastics has been operational for more than 20 years and is located in Grand Rapids, Mich.
