I have had my car in 3 times at All Auto. The first time they fixed what needed to be fixed. The second time after my car was fixed a couple days later it started acting up again - same issue. I was busy and did not have time to bring it in immediately nor did I call to let them know my car was not quite right. I got a call out of the blue from Jeff at All Auto just asking how the car was running. I told him it was acting up and he immediately said "bring it in and we will make it right". I did and they made it right. My car was not easy to work on and I give a lot of credit to Tom for working thru it. I will have no hesitation bringing my car back or referring people to All Auto. Genuinely good people and thorough it their work. The Customer Service was second to none.

Terrible Service. Their customer service is pitiful. They expect you to call and know whenever your car is done. Also, it is unorganized. When you call to check on your car, they often times don't even know what is going on with the car or who is working on it. As for the work itself, it is rather poor. You will find yourself returning with a similar issue as when you first attended. Somehow they failed to notice a problem that coincides with the first one. The failure to check for related issues leads to multiple trips. Also, if you don't ride them 100 times to do something, they often will forget what you even ask for, even if you lead them with a guided note. Their prices are horrid in comparison to the service and work they do, therefore, I do not recommend All Auto Care.

I have finally found a repair shop that I can trust, As a single female I feel like I can take my car there and know that I will receive honest advice and quality work. They stand behind all the work they do and complete the work in a timely manner. I was very impressed with the amount of hours that staff spend on certifications and keeping their training up to date. I also felt like everyone genuinely liked working there and had a good working relationship. I won't take my car anywhere else.

I would say they are 6 out of 5 stars! I have brought all my cars there for service and recomend them too all my friends and family.

I would and do recommend All Auto to everyone who needs car repair and wants honest, straight-forward and simple answers to questions. They will do everything they can to work with you to get your car back on the road. I love these guys!

All Auto Care was highly recommended to me by a friend of mine who is a mechanic. I spoke with one of the owners when I picked up my car; he was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.
