Fantastic, thorough, and prompt service!!! Relocating from NJ to Texas, and buying a foreclosure, we needed a home inspector we could trust asap (or we would either lose the house or buy "as is", neither of which we wanted).Unable to walk through the inspection with him, we put our future in Tom's hands. He came through with an EXTREMELY THOROUGH inspection, complete with pics pointing out where the home needs attention. All was emailed. By fixing those small issues now, we will save a lot of $$$$ in the long run!!! We are now confident we are buying the right home, and have peace of mind during a stressful time.
