Until my family and I were sitting by the window eating our dinner. We saw several "rats" on the outside by the window in plain view. The people who were sitting on the outside were screaming trying to get inside. We spoke with the employees of Taco Cabana and their manager. They said, they were aware of it, for us not to worry the rats were not inside the restaurant. Excuse me, but if they're in the outside most likely they're in the inside! We will not be eating there anymore. Please have someone check into this matter. If it was up to me I would SHUT DOWN THEIR ESTABLISHMENT!!!
