I am sitting in a chair waiting for a pedicure.I was here before the two ladies that are being worked on came in. There are only two techs available. I'm debating on leaving and not coming back.

I will NEVER return to this establishment. I was running late for a meeting and figured I would get my eyebrows waxed there since I was already shopping at Wal-mart. Upon sitting down I told the tech that I only wanted a clean-up. I did not want my eyebrows any thinner than what they were and that I wanted them the length that they were already. Not only did she take too long to finish the job but she also made my eyebrows too thin and too short!! My eyebrows have NEVER looked like this and what pissed me off was that she told me that I have thin eyebrows that needed to be penciled in! I wouldn't have to pencil them in if they were not waxed so thin and about one inch in length. I am so disgusted with Regal Nails. I would not refer them to ANYONE.

This shop is inside Wal-Mart. It is small & was very crowded, but seemed clean. The water in the spa was warm, & unlike the last shop I went to, all the licenses on the walls were up tp date.

I am still in debate on if I will go back, and if I do, I will use a different tech. "Ahn" made me almost come out of the chair by removing the cuticle of my big toe & detatching the edge of my nail from my toe. Shr said it was ingrown. I have NEVER had an ingrown nail & had no signs of having one then. My chubby toe just naurally overlapped my nail a bit & she butchered my toe. Removing the cuticle caused infection and tenderness like crazy!! It's been 2 weeks & I live in flip-flops because it still isn't healed, Now I will have to be very diligent to avoid ingrown nails since she cut them on the sides. Some people would demand a refund. I just take my business elsewhere.
