I took a desktop i just built on a Friday and was having the blue screen of death and no start up issues throughout the weekend to them, i was worried and stressed that this new computer was ruined! after i talked to the nice lady (Tracy) Monday morning at the store right when they opened and explained what was happening she reassured me that it would be no problem to fix whatever the issue is. i left the tower with them and that same day in the afternoon (4pm) Peter called me and gave me my options and the prices, after choosing he told me that it would be some time before i could pick it up. that very next Tuesday i got a text message saying it was ready!! i arrived and they showed me it running perfectly with a bunch of other accessories (Microsoft office, malware protection ect) installed for free! So, maybe 24 hours and they reinstalled windows 10, a new gaming SSD and a brand new 1Tb Hard drive for such a amazing price!! Love them!! USE THESE PEOPLE!! they are the best!!
