I have a house that was leased and tenants mistreated the carpets pretty bad. I thought I would give it a chance a have the carpets cleaned to see if they could be saved. I honestly thought I would have to replace the carpets. Called this company, Daltex Carpet Cleaning, the techs came they explained to me what needed to be done. Because the carpet was heavy soiled they would have to precondition. They did and the carpets looked really good. When the carpets dried I noticed some stains were still there, not heavy but I called them again and they were very prompt in coming back and treating those spots. These carpets look great. It is the best service. Because of the professionalism and knowledge of these techs, I was able to save big $$$ since I did not have to replace my carpets. I would truly recommend them because it makes a difference when you come across companies that really care for their customers. I will definitely use them for all my properties. Thank you Daltex!!

The house was empty and we were getting it ready to sell. Granted it was an older carpet...but after it had dried and I was able to get a good look at the carpet there were streaks of dirty carpet that was missed which really stood out in the middle of clean carpet. They also did not get along the base board. I had to bring my carpet cleaner back over to clean the spots they missed and go along the baseboards.

I moved into a house that was not very well taken care of by its previous owner. Daltex came in and totally took care of my carpet. I could not believe how clean they were able to make it. Edwin was very nice and professional.

Edwin is always there for me when I have a carpet emergency. Today it was my grandson with a Sharpie Marker on my beige living room carpet. I called and spoke with Debbie and Edwin and Kenny were here within 2 hours. Although the marker was of permanent variety, Edwin and son made a HUGE difference. I know that I can count on them for all of my carpet cleaning needs. I highly recommend them to everyone I know.

I had Daltex come to clean my marble floors and they did a wonderful job. My floors are so shiny and look brand new again. There prices were very reasonable and their techs very professional and knowledgeable. I will recommend them always. Great job, Daltex, you are the best.

Edwin and Victor came in and did a great job. It was obvious Edwin has a great customer service skill and knows the industry. He was well able to take care of the upholstery/carpet needs. Very courteous.

both of my techs worked very hard to restore the carpets in my rental property to as close to new status as was possible. they kept me informed on what they were doing and ask for my input. The arrived at the property before even i could get there. it was an overall great experience and i plan to use them in my own home as well.

Great Service! We, Dallas maids, use DalTex if one of our customers request carpet cleaning. We have never had a complaint. In fact, all of our customers have been thoroughly happy with the service. One time we had a customer whose carpet was so bad, his apartment was convinced they would have to replace it. They were able to save the carpet, and thus our customer a huge bill.

Arrived on time willing to explain any and all questions I was "very" pleased would definitely refer the business.
