When you call Mo, you surely think this is too good to be true. I was wary of the great deal I got. I kept thinking this can't be legit, something is going to go very wrong.....nothing ever did. It was great! We even hired the installers to do some more work for us. Fernando and his father and son were a pleasure to have here. I consider them extended family now.They were very friendly and accommodating. We (my husband, two young boys, and two dogs) lived in the house while the work was being done. My husband sleeps during the day, because he works at night. They were courteous and fast. They moved all of the furniture to get the job done. I do wish I had purged, packed, and put everything into a moving truck, but that is completely unrealistic. They didn't cut corners. They are truly knowledgeable and care about the work they do.Their work schedule worked well with our lives. I picked the floors and they started the job the very next day. It was amazing.We had Mohawk, cabin grade Santa Barbara, Maple, Linen installed everywhere except the utility room and next to the toilets and shower/ tub. I LOVE it. It is beautiful and so nice to walk on. The tile for the bathrooms that we got from Mo is great too, hard as can be. You just can't beat the price either. I get so many compliments on it.My only regret is not having the floors installed last, because other contractors caused minor damage to my beautiful new floors.....Fernando said he will fix it. I know he will. I'll be sad when they don't pop over any more to take of little things for me.It has been a few weeks since they finished the floors, and I still can't believe the great deal we got. I guess being too good to be true isn't the case when dealing with Mo. I'd do it again in a heart beat.
