Our experience with Concrete West was anything but smooth sailing. They have two employees, the business owner, Ruben Servantez, and his father. They hire out temporary workers on Craiglist and anything else they can find. We are pouring a patio in our back yard, a rough cost of about $2,000 on average. They just showed up at our property while we were working on prep work, no message or warning. I asked them to bring a copy of their licenses/permits and insurance (for our legal sanity) and he immediately said they would pass on the job. I contacted the Mesa County Planning Dept. and they are licensed, but that does not mean they have liability insurance. He said he would pass on the job! I can't believe how unprofessional these guys were! I definitely would not recommend them to anyone.
