Vanessa is great :) I'm a plus size woman & I was very nervous about shopping for a wedding dress....but she made me feel comfortable about evry dress I tried on!!! After I showed her one dress I liked she knew my style and was VERY helpful! Prices were perfect!!!! Was a little upset that we weren't allowed to take any pictures of trying on dresses but its understandable :).....I would recommend this store to evry1!!!!!

Just finished my wedding last weekend and worked with this shop for everything. Vanessa was very helpful in helping me from start to end. I almost didn't shop in Grand Junction because of negative things i had heard about the Bridal Parlor by the mall. But I am so Glad I did they had everything I need for my special day. So THANK YOU VANESSA!!!!! oh and Abracadabra staff :)

Horrible experience!!!! My dress was amazing but the customer service and the prices weren't. They said once i bought my dress the bridesmaids would get a discount on their dresses and also on the tuxes. I'm not sure but $170 for the dresses and $175 for the tuxes isn't a discount. Instead of getting a dress bag for my $1100.00 dress they sent it home with me in a trash bag. I had to go back later and purchase one for $20.00. When the bridesmaids tried there dresses on my fiance came with me to see, the ladies working started talking about what my wedding dress, what it looked like and pointed it out RIGHT INFRONT OF HIM. So much for the big surprise on my wedding day. Also 3 days before my wedding the tuxes came in my fiance called and said they were coming to try them on and they said ok but when they got there they said they would just have to do it else were that they couldn't do it there. I will admit their dresses are beautiful but I'm not sure its worth shopping there.

Unfortunately I have had negative experiences with this shop's lack of organization and customer service. The dresses arrived late, and the lack of concern from the staff was not appreciated. Additional charges to bridesmaid's credit card after we signed off and left store were unacceptable. There are many more options for formal wear in town, I would stay way from 527 Main Street.

This store is the best! They are so helpful and really nice to work with.My friend and I have gotten all our dresses there for prom and now I am getting married and they are sooooooo much help.
