We dropped off our laptop computer for an estimate. They took almost a whole week to find out what was wrong with it and charged us $170!! Without giving us an estimate. It's been 3 months and our computer still isn't working properly. The person at the front counter was pleasant enough, however, we feel we were taking advantage of. I'll say, go to someone who's honest and won't stiff you, and will truly repair your computer.
