The place is clean and they were fast, at first I thought great. We just moved here and need a place like this. As I was ready to pay the tech came over with this urgent tone that I really needed a fuel filter. It was so dirty & should be done every 30k. I was in a hurry and couldnt recall if I'd done it, tho I keep my car well maintained, I wanted to check my invoices but since it was under $40, I said okay. I left and it nagged at me. I checked my invoices 10 minutes later. Jensen Tire did my fuel filter on 3-23-12, at 38,925 miles. On 8-17-12 the mileage was 49200. Hmm. Since I now have doubts on their honesty, I won't be going back there. "Fool me once shame on you - fool me twice shame on me"

Worst service ever. The attendants are terribly rude.
